Plastbud formulated strategic goals for the next few years, thus developing framework for a long-term strategy.

One of them is the expansion of client portfolio and maintaining relationships with current partners.

This objective can only be achieved by providing products compliant with the requirements of current and future business partners.

The operational objective is thus a guarantee of quality associated with implementation of the requirements of product quality, logistics, consulting and support in non-routine situations.

For several years, we have observed an increase of these requirements. This trend is expected to continue in the near future and should be regarded as a constant. Increase in the quality (product), functional, technological, logistical, organizational, and other requirements occurs regardless of industry and sector. Hence, in the implementation of strategic objectives, Plastbud places special emphasis on meeting and anticipating the clients’ needs.

Years of experience have enabled us to formulate a hypothesis that the only way to create lasting client relationships is by exceeding their expectations. Therefore, besides daily implementation of the clients’ orders, we put special emphasis on offering advice, consulting and joint search for better solutions for our clients.

We have decided that this is the only way to maintain relations with existing partners, as well as engage with new and potential clients.

The widely understood quality objectives are realized by achieving operational objectives in close relation to the strategic objectives.

 

The operational objectives for the year 2017 in the scope of customer quality requirements are:

  1. Maintaining external complaints below 200ppm.
  2. Maintaining 100% timely deliveries.

To achieve the abovementioned objectives, Plastbud systematically introduces tools to improve the stability and control of processes.

In 2017, these objectives will be implemented comprehensively, through actions taken in all areas of the company’s business.

  1. Preparation of a project for new headquarter and production site.
  2. Starting with the construction of a new headquarter and production site.
  3. Recruitment of new production and technical Staff.
  4. Continuation of specialized training program for quality and supply chain proces owners.
  5. Implementation of a new incentive scheme for all staff in the company.
